About Yufu Jade

Yufu was founded in 2002 by Fu Xuefei, a master of Shanghai-style jade carving. After more than twenty years of research, practice, and steady growth, Yufu Hetian Jade now brings together six specialist studios and a respected group of experienced jade artists.

Our subjects include portraits, Buddhist figures, flowers and birds, landscapes, and antique-inspired forms. The broader workshop collection covers Hetian seed-jade plaques, pendants, hand pieces, bead bracelets, and display sculptures. Yufu Jade online focuses on two clearly defined categories: jadeite bangles and Hetian jade bangles.

One accountable path from material to customer

We provide a full service from material selection and design through carving, shaping, polishing, and sales. Members can also use our dedicated custom-work area for one-to-one consultation. The process is designed to make appreciating, wearing, and collecting jade more accessible, with decisions explained before work begins.

By connecting source and customer directly, Yufu can reduce traditional distribution layers. Comparable pieces may be priced 40% to 50% below similar market items when material, dimensions, craftsmanship, and documentation are equivalent. This is a value aim, not a blanket promise: every bangle is priced according to its own jade quality and evidence.

What we do for cautious buyers

Many customers worry about dyed jade, polymer impregnation, or imitation 鈥渟eed jade.鈥?We understand that hesitation. Product pages identify the jade family, measurements, images, price, and treatment information available to us. Before checkout, you can request close-up photographs, ask how a measurement was taken, and discuss independent laboratory documentation where appropriate.

Experience recognised by the jade community

Fu Xuefei and the Yufu studios are particularly known for expressive male figures and Buddhist subjects, including the Eight Guardian Deities, Four Bodhisattvas, arhats, Jigong, and the fisherman. Years of carving practice are visible in the movement, curves, and facial expression of the work. Yufu works have received more than 220 domestic awards, including recognition associated with Baihua, Lu Zigang, Shen Gong, Yulong, and Tiangong competitions. We present this history as provenance about the workshop, while encouraging buyers to judge each individual piece on its material, workmanship, and documentation.
